Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. You will be responsible for managing multiple tables while providing friendly and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Adhere to all food handling guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions. Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Experience with cash handling is an advantage. A background in hospitality or guest services will be beneficial for success in this role. Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
