About the Role

As a Server at La Vecchia, you are a true ambassador of hospitality. You will guide guests through their dining experience with product knowledge, confidence, and attention to detail. You will demonstrate a refined understanding of service while still delivering a warm and approachable experience.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, professional service in a fast-paced, upscale-casual environment Greet guests, answer questions, make recommendations, and guide the ordering experience Deliver food and beverages with timing, accuracy, and polish Maintain a high standard of table maintenance and dining room presentation Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, daily features, allergies, and ingredients Take pride in wine and cocktail knowledge (Italian knowledge is an asset) Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, server assistants, runners, and management Handle guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and discretion Uphold all service, sanitation, and operational standards

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of serving experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm, organized, and gracious under pressure Wine knowledge (especially Italian wines) is a strong advantage Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
