Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted. Prepare food items as needed, adhering to food handling and sanitation standards. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Handle cash transactions using the POS system, including processing payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Assist in the training of new staff members as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns.

Experience

Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
