Working in the Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge, a prestigious fine-dining establishment in the downtown area. Servers will need to have the skills and poise to server high-class clientele, with a positive attitude, welcoming approach and attention to detail.

Job Requirements:
Excellent Food & Beverage knowledge.
Upselling and Promotion: Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote featured items, specialty cocktails, and seasonal offerings, maximizing revenue opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction. Wine training is an asset
Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of service, including table setup, presentation, and cleanliness of the lounge area.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of service.
Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, seeking immediate resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and quality with each creation.
Compliance: Adhere to all relevant food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Upscale Ambiance Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the ambiance and atmosphere of the lounge, including lighting, music, and decor, to uphold the luxury dining experience.
