Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the kitchen and dining area.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately through the cashiering system. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns promptly. Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or as a Server is required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
