Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing timely and attentive service. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and quality control.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous. A passion for food preparation and an eagerness to learn about menu offerings is a plus.
