Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, demonstrating excellent service skills and a friendly demeanor. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly as they are seated Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner Ensure that orders are accurate and meet the guests' expectations Check on guests periodically to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and be able to explain and upsell items Process payments accurately and efficiently Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining area, including cleaning and resetting tables Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary dining environment Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience and encourage repeat business
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling payments Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour
