Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Server will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing the dining experience, and leading the serving staff. This position requires a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a focus on providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the serving staff to ensure efficient service during meal periods. Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Assist in training new servers on menu offerings, service techniques, and restaurant policies. Manage guest interactions, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication during service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Experience in a restaurant setting with a solid understanding of food service operations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Proficient in bartending skills is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also taking initiative when needed. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members alike.
