Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus, provide recommendations, and take food and beverage orders accurately. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Process payments using the POS system efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely preparation of orders. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure guest safety. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including food, drinks, and specialty dips. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while keeping service smooth and professional. Uphold food safety and responsible alcohol service standards. Keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Smart Serve certification is an asset.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
