We are looking for a
professional, experienced server
with a passion for Japanese cuisine and fine dining service. The ideal candidate is polished, attentive, and confident in providing refined, seamless service in a high-end environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service with grace, efficiency, and attention to detail
Guide guests through the omakase experience, offering knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage pairings
Present dishes with precision and proper etiquette, reflecting the standards of a top-tier restaurant
Communicate effectively with chefs and the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at all times
Assist with table setup, turnover, and post-service reset
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality (Japanese restaurant experience is a strong asset)
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake, and beverage pairings preferred
Strong communication skills, with a focus on guest interaction
Detail-oriented, organized, and team-minded
Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Work Location: In person
