As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have a pleasant experience from start to finish. Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns effectively. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and kitchen equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling practices at all times. Assist with food preparation as needed during busy shifts.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
