Job Description
The Vintage Conservatory is a private club and storage facility for people who collect wine, and like to entertain or do business with bottles from their own collections - so much more personal than choosing off a list at a restaurant. Members enjoy their own private locker in our state-of-the-art climate controlled cellar, beautiful fully appointed private rooms and lounge to properly engage friends and clients with the storied bottles they've collected.
We are looking for driven, passionate and hardworking individuals to join our Yorkville team!
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience
in fine dining or an elevated service level Working knowledge of fine dining cuisine, international wines and spirits and proper serving etiquette Ability to assist in food preparation of small plates, event setup and guidance of appropriate glassware Demonstrated knowledge of food pairing and menu descriptions coupled with a passion for food Must possess strong communication skills and a clear command of the English language Enforce all sanitation procedures including health & safety guidelines Must be professional, personable and well-presented Ability to work flexible hours - weekends and evenings as requiredWe look forward to meeting you!
