Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage time effectively and communicate with guests will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, specifically Micros POS. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer service. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests. Process payments efficiently, including cash handling and basic math for transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
