We are looking for a warm, polished, and detail-oriented Concierge to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, this role is essential in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. You will oversee the flow of reservations, manage guest inquiries, and ensure seamless coordination between the front desk and service teams. Reporting to the Front-of-House Management Team, you'll play a key role in fostering a welcoming environment, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining the high standards of service that define our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides refined, attentive, and personalized service confidently and warmly. Maintains professionalism, polish, and composure under pressure. Proficiency with reservation systems and managing guest inquiries. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and stay organized. Proactive approach to guest needs and service excellence. Team player, able to work well under pressure and in a collaborative environment. Flexible to work full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

2-3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining service. Good knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairing. Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and ongoing learning.
