Experienced Server

who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

Provide knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and well taken care of.

Menu Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of our food and cocktail offerings to confidently guide guest choices and upsell effectively.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the front-of-house and bar teams to ensure seamless service and a supportive work environment.

Brand Representation:

Represent The Raven Room's values and vibe to guests and the broader community.

Cleanliness & Efficiency:

Keep service areas tidy, organized, and up to operational standards throughout each shift.

Problem Solving:

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.

Skills & Experience:

2+ years of serving experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong wine and cocktail knowledge is a necessity. Proven ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
