What you'll do

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking drink and food orders efficiently. Prepare and serve beverages with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for accurate order processing and payment handling. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience while maximizing sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a welcoming environment throughout the restaurant. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fine dining or nightclub setting is essential. Familiarity with OpenTable reservation systems is a plus. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety practices in the food industry. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing are required. Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles will be advantageous. Culinary experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for food is essential!
