We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service, efficient order management, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Micros POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience. Upsell menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a solid understanding of food service operations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Proficient in time management, able to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest services is crucial for success in this role.
