Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities



Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests effectively. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Qualifications



Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, OpenTable, or similar systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is advantageous but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed in the hospitality industry. Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
