We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic seasonal Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for checks. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment. Manage seating times in a fast paced environment.

Skills

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, with knowledge of the food industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. Experience with serving techniques and an understanding of menu items is advantageous.
