As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing exceptional guest services throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all orders are processed correctly. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests. Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and service standards as needed.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a strong understanding of food service operations. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the kitchen environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting. Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus.
