We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of service. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service areas. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
