Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding customer service. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a clean and organized work environment will contribute significantly to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections. Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed during food preparation and service. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout service. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.
During winter months we will have inclement weather which causes the golf course to be quieter or close but we guarantee a minimum of 6 hours on days when we close early or close due to weather.
