Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable time at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders from customers, ensuring all preferences are noted. Prepare and serve food items while adhering to sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and customer service standards.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.

Experience:

- Must be able to work indeoendantly
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
