We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding to requests or concerns as needed. Sanitize tables and dining areas between guests to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays as needed.
