We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while efficiently managing orders and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while adhering to food handling guidelines. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and best practices in serving.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and orders simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and hospitality. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling are required. Experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is beneficial but not mandatory. Pay: $17.20-$50.00 per hour
