Apply in person after 4 PM. We are seeking an exceptional fine dining server with at least three years of fine dining experience that possesses wine knowledge and can make their own drinks.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team player. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests feel welcomed and well-cared for while enjoying their meals. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that arise. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while ensuring each guest receives attentive service.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe dining environment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales is a plus. A passion for the restaurant industry and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
