As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, adhering to cash handling procedures. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
