Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain menu items, daily specials, and make recommendations.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks following restaurant standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
Handle payments, process bills, and ensure accurate transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and reliable.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
