Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed, well-served, and satisfied throughout their dining experience.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, tables, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Assist with training new staff members as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is necessary. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.
