Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Micros POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent time management skills. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, not mandatory, with a focus on restaurant experience. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest services and hospitality. Serving it right certificate Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
