Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to provide excellent guest services and maintain food safety standards will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and kitchen as per food safety regulations. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
