Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests feel welcomed and satisfied during their dining experience.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale system. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly, attentive service to all guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help others. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
