Nous recherchons un(e) serveur(se) devoue(e) et enthousiaste pour rejoindre notre equipe dynamique dans un environnement de restauration au rythme rapide. Le/la candidat(e) ideal(e) aura une passion pour le service a la clientele exceptionnel et une bonne comprehension des operations de service alimentaire. En tant que serveur(se), vous serez responsable d'assurer une experience de repas agreable a nos clients en offrant un service de haute qualite, en prenant les commandes avec precision et en maintenant une atmosphere propre et accueillante.

Responsabilites

Accueillir et placer les clients rapidement, tout en leur presentant le menu et les suggestions du jour. Prendre les commandes avec precision et efficacite a l'aide du systeme POS, de preference Micros POS. Servir les plats et les boissons en temps opportun tout en respectant les normes d'hygiene et de salubrite alimentaire. Promouvoir les articles du menu pour ameliorer l'experience des clients et augmenter les ventes. Gerer les transactions en especes et traiter les paiements avec exactitude, en respectant les bonnes pratiques de manipulation d'argent. Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine afin d'assurer une preparation et une livraison rapides des plats. Maintenir la proprete de la salle a manger, y compris les tables, les chaises et les postes de service. Repondre rapidement aux questions ou preoccupations des clients afin d'assurer leur entiere satisfaction. Participer a la formation des nouveaux employes sur les procedures du restaurant et les attentes en matiere de service a la clientele.
Qualifications

FRANCAIS PRIORITAIRE

Experience prealable dans le domaine de la restauration ou de l'alimentation (atout). Excellentes competences en service a la clientele et capacite a interagir positivement avec les clients. Bonne gestion du temps et capacite a gerer plusieurs tables efficacement pendant les periodes achalandees. Competences de base en mathematiques pour traiter les commandes et les paiements avec exactitude. Connaissance des pratiques de manipulation des aliments et des reglements de salubrite alimentaire. Capacite a travailler en equipe dans un environnement dynamique et rapide. Bonnes aptitudes en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les clients et les collegues. Experience en preparation alimentaire ou en cuisine (un atout).

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system, preferably Micros POS. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience. Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

FRENCH PRIORITY

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus.
