Job Description

We are looking for casual Servers to join our team in the Dining Room. Servers are responsible for providing customer service to residents by serving breakfast, lunch and supper, and various cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

Serving guests in cheerful, friendly and professional manner. Advising on daily specials and menu items. Clears and resets tables Ensures the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment. Ensures the proper storage, handling and rotation of food. Restocking service items. General cleaning as time allows.

Qualifications

Reading and listening skills Dexterity and coordination are required for the operation of cash register, appliances/equipment A high degree of speed and precision is required to ensure the proper and timely interaction with customers Comfortable standing for long periods of standing while serving
Our Dining Room is open each day 8am to 7pm.

We do have full time and part time with 30 hours/week, however, at this moment, we are looking for casual Servers. For Servers with 30+ hours weekly, benefits and pension accompany this position after certain conditions are met. Benefits do not come with the casual position or those working less than 30 hours weekly.
