Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer receives outstanding service while enjoying their meals in a welcoming atmosphere. 1. Server Duties:

Take food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and sections. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials. Ensure that all customer needs are met and that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Process payments, including cash, credit card transactions, and tips. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Ensure the restaurant including the washroom is clean at closing and ready for the morning shift Dishwashing as needed

2. Beverage Station Duties:

Prepare and serve beverages in a friendly and efficient manner. Maintain an organized and clean beverage area, including stocking and replenishing supplies. Ensure that all drink orders are made accurately, and responsibly.

3. Greeter Duties:

Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm and friendly attitude. Manage guest seating and waitlist, ensuring smooth guest flow and wait times. Answer any initial questions guests may have about the restaurant or menu. Escort guests to their table and ensure they are comfortable before passing them to the server. Maintain a positive first impression of the restaurant for every guest.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
