We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their takeout experience and address any concerns promptly. Sanitate work areas, utensils, and equipment according to health and safety regulations. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling guidelines. Process payments efficiently through cashiering duties while maintaining accuracy in math calculations.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests warmly and professionally. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing is a plus. Must be able to multitask effectively in a busy restaurant setting while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
