Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and introducing daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and special requests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively. A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team or independently.
