Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety guidelines Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared in accordance with health regulations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and efficient service

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus A passion for hospitality and providing an exceptional dining experience
