Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will play a vital role in our hospitality team, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts. Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and promotions.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of kitchen operations is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
