We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Manage guest requests efficiently and address any concerns or complaints with professionalism. Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A background in hospitality or kitchen experience is advantageous. Pay: $17.85-$22.83 per hour
