As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests in making informed choices. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and portion control. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest services. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience with cashiering duties is a plus. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
