We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to restaurant standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and upselling opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Uphold hospitality standards by providing attentive guest services at all times.

Skills

Proficient in using POS systems, with experience in Micros POS being a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Background in food service or restaurant experience preferred. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in sanitation practices within the kitchen or dining areas is beneficial. Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
