We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math for accurate billing. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations throughout the shift. Adhere to all food handling guidelines and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus but not required.
