Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal. Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Assist with food preparation and bartending duties as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
