Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Elsie's Diner in Owen Sound. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests enjoy their dining experience. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
