Provide polished, precise table service with professionalism and care Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, sourcing, preparation methods, and allergens Offer food and beverage guidance with confidence and discretion Execute service standards consistently, including pacing, table maintenance, and coordinated clearing Monitor guest experience and respond to needs promptly and professionally Collaborate closely with culinary, beverage, and support teams to ensure smooth service flow Uphold all service standards, performance expectations, and appearance guidelines Maintain discretion, professionalism, and composure at all times

Qualifications

3-5 years experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a high-standard service environment preferred Valid Smart Serve Certification required WSET certification (or equivalent wine and spirits education) preferred Strong attention to detail and technical service fundamentals Professional, composed demeanor with clear and respectful communication Solid understanding of food, beverage, and elevated service standards Ability to perform consistently in a structured, high-expectation environment Available for weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed Criminal Background Check Legally eligible to work in Canada
