Our Server Assistants provide essential support to the service team, ensuring a seamless and polished dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a professional presence. Server Assistants help maintain service flow, assist with table setup and maintenance, and support the front-of-house team in delivering elevated service to guests.

• Assist servers efficiently to maintain smooth service flow
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to established standards
• Replenish service items and maintain fully stocked stations
• Monitor dining areas and respond promptly to guest and server needs
• Collaborate closely with servers, culinary, and support teams to ensure seamless operations
• Uphold professional appearance, discretion and service standards at all times

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-standard service environments required
• Valid Smart Serve Certification, required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, composed demeanor with clear and respectful communication
• Team-oriented mindset with pride in supporting seamless service
• Availability weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
