We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with menu selections. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met during service. Assist with the preparation of tables, including setting up utensils, glassware, and condiments. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and chairs between guests.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members. Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Proficient in math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
