We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a strong understanding of our menu offerings. Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Assist in training new staff members as needed, sharing knowledge of best practices in guest services.

Skills

Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Proficient in cash handling with basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices within the food service industry. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Ability to work collaboratively in a kitchen environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
