Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities that include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area. Prior experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed, adhering to proper food handling protocols Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Ensure guest needs are met promptly, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism Follow all sanitation, health, and safety guidelines to uphold restaurant standards

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining excellent service quality in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $17.60-$18.17 per hour
